BLS for Healthcare Providers
The BLS for healthcare providers is intended
for those such as EMS personnel, physician
assistants, doctors, dentists, nurses, and
respiratory therapists who must have a credential
(card) documenting successful completion
of a CPR course. The following emergency
scenarios are covered:
- Adult and pediatric CPR skills
- Two rescuer scenarios
- Use barrier devices such as: bag mask and pocket mask
- Foreign body airway obstruction
- Automated External Defibrillator
