Whether you need CPR, first aid, automated external defibrillator (AED) training or all of the above, Gorman & Associates has a class for you! Gorman & Associates adheres to researched guidelines set forth by the American Heart Association, but more importantly our instructors know how to make the information make sense to you. At Gorman & Associates, we take the time to ensure our students retain the information they are being given, and that they are comfortable with it before they leave. You can register for a class here at our training center, or get a group together in the community and we can come to you; we're flexible! Gorman & Associates offers fully customized solutions, all we need to know is when and where!

First Aid/CPR/AED Combination Course - approx. 6 hours
This course allows students to receive their First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications in one convenient session! This course is fast paced and interactive, saving you time and money while not losing any content. This makes the combo course our best value.

Adult CPR - approx. 3 hours
This class prepares students to know how to respond to breathing, cardiac, and choking emergencies using the proper techniques and equipment. All students will receive a manual to use throughout the course as well as to take home for future reference.

Pediatric CPR
If you are in need of child (ages 1 - 8) and/or infant (birth - 1 year), then this is the class for you. Breathing, choking, and cardiac situations are covered through instruction, interactive video, hands on skills, and use of manual that you get to keep!

Heartsaver AED - approx. 3 1/2 hours
The Heartsaver AED Course teaches CPR, AED use, relief of choking in adults and children, and infant CPR and relief of choking, and use of barrier devices.

Safe Sitter Training
Safe Sitter teaches adolescent babysitters how to handle crisis, how to keep their charges secure, and how to nurture and guide a young child. In short, Safe Siter babysitters help children stay safe and sound while their parents are away. In the process, these 11 to 13 year olds emerge as more confident, responsible and compassionate teens and adults. Their instructors thrive on making a difference in the lives of these adolescents and the children in their care.

Pet First Aid
Four legged people need help in the event of an emergency just as much as their two legged owners! Created by the American Safety and Health Institute, our Pet First Aid course takes you through various scenarios from bandaging, dealing with poisoning, to tips on how to prevent an emergency from happening. A manual full of helpful tips will be yours to keep as well as a certification card!
